ALEX Desktop integrates into both Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 with supported operating systems such as Windows XP and Windows Vista. This program creates an Outlook Menu option that enables users to convert resumes directly into Outlook contacts automatically parsing out the contact information to the appropriate vCard Fields and places the resume contents into the notes section. This allows users to search both the Contact information as well as skill set taken from the resume and placed into the contact note section. Contacts can be synced with most PDA devices including Blackberry, Iphone, and Windows Mobile.
