PDF made easy. Bluebeam Lite with PDF Revu converts files from any Windows application to secure, accurate, and lightweight PDF files and 10 other formats. Toolbar buttons in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint make PDF creation a snap. Configuration settings for translating CAD files such as AutoCAD DWG and DWF files, AutoCAD LT, Microstation DGN, ProEngineer, Unigraphics, Inventor, SolidWorks, and Solid Edge, to PDF ensure accuracy and fidelity when printing to the Bluebeam PDF printer. Don’t worry about line weights, scale, rotation, orientation, or image quality. Lite also includes Revu, a PDF markup and editing application with features such as tool chest, measurement, search, tabbed navigation, free text, highlighter, cloud, callouts, bookmarks and thumbnails, and split windows. Use the Stapler to combine documents into a single PDF or batch convert multiple files to PDF or between any of the supported formats.

Version 4.2 includes inserting, deleting, extracting, replacing pages, inserting custom blank pages, enhanced navigation and printing, page "dimming" to emphasize markups on the page, and filtering markups in the Markup list.
