You can be up and running globally in minutes with this network based solution. An Internet hosted SQL solution that requires no other software to connect users in various locations. This system provides service requests or the transfer of information within and across workgroups. A ticket management system that provides a better solution than e-mail because both the initiator and the person responsible to resolve the issue have access to the same document.
Kalvyn was designed for performance, scalability and ease of use. The user interface program is a Win32 C++ program that runs on the users PC. Unlike browser-hosted interfaces, the processing is done on the end users machine. Small workgroups can use a shared Access database locally or you can deploy an enterprise version of Kalvyn using an SQL server. It is flexible enough to handle a wide vary of situations. Version 2006 has database server changed from ready hosting to Nexcess.
