Know who is calling before you pick up the phone; see caller id info plus a tailored name and picture. CallClerk can automatically hang-up on unwanted calls (such as telemarketers / junk faxes). It can work as an ans. machine with distinctive greetings. It can also work as a fax machine and speakerphone. It can let you record your telephone conversations. It can update a web page giving you web access to your list of callers, messages and faxes. It can send emails letting you know you have received a call; emails can contain the message or fax. Distinctive rings and a computerized voice announce calls. CallClerk can automatically link to an internet based reverse number look up service. It can pop-up MS Outlook Contact cards and launch other programs passing call related info. It has a printable directory and history log. CallClerk can dial a number out of Internet Explorer, the clipboard, a speed dial list, the directory or history log. CallClerk can optionally run over a network.

Version 3 features the ability to automatically create and upload a web page containing a list of your callers, messages and faxes.
