WorkRoll Bug Tracker and Feedback Manager

Need a bug tracker? Need to manage user feedback? Need both? Work Roll is a Web-based bug tracker. To the full set of bug tracker features, it adds the ability to collect feedback from website or software users, and manage these user comments as bugs. Whether you're tracking software development, managing an internal project, launching a new product, or planning an upcoming event, WorkRoll allows you to assign tasks to users, specify priority and status, set issue deadlines, track issues by project and version, attach files to issues. Also, WorkRoll will send bug-specific email to users (with optional "iCalendar" attachments, which integrate via a mouse-click with scheduling programs such as Microsoft Outlook). Finally, WorkRoll features tiered access: administrative users are allowed full access, while standard users are restricted to non-administrative screens. Users (for example, clients) may also be restricted to certain projects or given view-only status.
Version 2.62 includes some enhancements.
