Desktop Icon Toy is a desktop icon enhancement tool, which allows you to make many funny things for your windows desktop icons. It can animate and dance icons, layout icons, hide icon texts, add hover effects for desktop icons, automatically show hide desktop icons, save and restore desktop icon layout.

Version 2.1 added - Now can customize tray icon behavior, like random layout, restore last layout, and show/hide all windows. Changed - Now after locking the icons, still can change the layout from the program.
