Alexsys Team is a multi-user software package for Windows and the Web. Record work requests to track assignments such as action items, product features, project tasks, defects, help desk calls and compliance tracking. You can collaborate, manage projects using milestones, create personal work lists, and analyze/balance workloads. Team includes a customizable database and data entry forms, e-mail notifications, automatic escalations, group access control, spell checker, integration with Microsoft Outlook, and time recording. Team 2 comes with its own internal database and also works with Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and MySQL Servers. This software package includes Team 2 for Windows, Team-Web to access Team from the Web, and Team WebEntry to allow non-Team users to enter requests via the Web.

Version 2.8.1 features faster performance, unlimited flags/discuss notes, custom schema, long text fields, and enhanced security.
