Via Galactica an exciting space exploration and trading game. Starting the game as a downtrodden merchant with a small ship and a minimum of equipment, it's your task to become a rich galactic explorer. Navigate your way across the huge galaxy, fulfilling ever more demanding tasks, kitting your ship out with special equipment, avoiding pirates (or even becoming one) and recruiting a crew to help you out. This trading game gives you an opportunity to build your resources and conquer the universe. The game is played in quasi real time and the universe is re-aligned every time you start a new game. It has lots of interesting aspects, including pirates that attack and passengers of dubious reputation that must be carried between systems. Three difficulty levels, game save and load, extensive help file included.

Version 1.2.2 includes unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
