When you are ready to apply for a Job, this software allows you to manually select the accomplishments that you want on your Custom resume and automatically creates a formatted resume in MS Word.
To increase your keyword matches in the recruiters database, use this Intelligent Matching feature. Paste the Job description (of a target job that you found on a Job site) in this software and it automatically matches that to the list of accomplishments that you have already entered and creates a Custom resume in MS Word (or for pasting into a Web form).
