Instant Quote Professional, now powered by MS Office Access 2007(R) (Access 2007 not required), is a feature-rich customer database application designed for Any business that requires quotes and invoices. Using IQ Pro, you will be highly organized: No longer will you need to hunt for spreadsheets, or other customer data. Your customers will appreciate how quickly you can give them quotes. IQ Pro supports major tax systems: US, VAT, GST, PST. Other features include Dymo bar code labels, import/export using MS Outlook, Contact Management, Call Log, POS Invoice, e-mail tool for e-mailing your customers with special offers, as well as inventory control, serial number tracking, Job, mileage, hour-tracking and a customizable / searchable knowledge base. For those requiring recurring bills, a Billing add-in is also available. Instant Quote Pro offers over 100 reports to tie all the information together.
Version 6.40 adds Synnex parts browser import, new quote form with pictures, and exporting tasks to MS Outlook.
