Effects: rotates, flips, shifts, contrast, brightness, invert colors, blur, grayscale, HLS adjustment, Contour, Contrast Filter, High Contrast Filter, Prewitt, Sobel, Laplas and sharpen. Any size up to 2048 x 2048. Create icon from clipboard. PNG & BMP 32 bits supporting with transparency. Multi file opening. Web-Camera and Scanner. Vista supporting.
