Map Suite Engine is a .NET GIS development framework you can use to create spatially aware Windows services, Web services and console applications. It's a .NET native component with a simple and highly extensible API that boasts a wide range of professional GIS features. Includes sample apps with complete code in C# and VB, QuickStart Guide also available. Designed for Visual Studio 2005 and .NET Framework 2.0 and higher.
Version 2.55 includes map rotation, animated GIF support, and new projection classes.
